The last three days since we arrived home have been interesting. It's nice to have a little more time together without doctors, nurses, etc. coming in all the time. We're slowly settling into routine life as a family.
It's been hard on Andreja as she hasn't gotten much sleep the last three nights. On Friday night she slept for 1 1/2 hrs, Saturday 3 hrs, and Sunday 5 hrs (of course this is not consecutive). So slowly Andreja is getting more sleep. Emma likes to be wide awake from about midnight to 3am. I, on the other hand, "sleep like a king." That's how Andreja describes it. I tell her it's good because at least one of us is rested during the day. She's not so sure:)
As you can see Emma sleeps well, even in unique positions:) She's awake in the morning for a couple hours, then in the afternoon, and in the middle of the night.
It's been an interesting and at times challenging transition, but we're settling in and getting the hang of life with a little baby.
